CVD Diamond Chip Terminations from Kete Microwave
The CVD Diamond thin film terminations are made using a thin film gold substrate. They are ideal for military and space applications because of their high power handling capacity, broad frequency range and small size. They are unique high power terminations available in very small packages. They can be used in applications from DC to 30GHz and can handle up to 300 Watts of power. They are matched to 50 Ohms and have a VSWR of 1.25:1.
What is C-band?
The C-band is full band between 4 to 8GHz, which has been used for satellite since 1970s, now part of the band ranges is released for cellular companies.
