Upcoming RF & Microwave Events
The 17th IEEE Radio & Wireless Week (RWW 2022) will be held from 16 to 19 January 2022, at the Caesars Palace Hotel on the Las Vegas Boulevard in Nevada, USA. The four-day event is a prime gathering of the microwave community to discuss and explore wireless communication theory, systems, circuits, device technologies, and their applications.

What are S-Parameters?
S-parameters (or scattering parameters) are used to describe how energy can propagate through an electric network. S-Parameters are used to describe the relationship between different ports, when it becomes especially important to describe a network in terms of amplitude and phase versus frequencies, rather than voltages and currents.

What is LTCC Technology?
LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) technology is a way to manufacturer multilayer circuits from ceramic substrates. A typical LTCC device consists of multiple dielectric layers, screen-printed or photo-imaged low-loss conductors, embedded baluns, resistors & capacitors and via holes for interconnecting the multiple layers.
