RF Resistors, RF Terminations & RF Attenuators
★ Product Overview
The RF resistor series is mainly applied in power dividers and combiners to improve isolation between ports. The product absorbs RF signals, converts electric energy into thermal energy via the resistive film, and transfers heat generated by the resistive film to the mounting surface through highthermalconductivity beryllium oxide (BeO) substrate to achieve thermal equilibrium. https://www.ketemicro.com/high-power-rf-resistors/
The RF termination series is widely used in isolators, couplers, performance testing and evaluation. It absorbs portside signals to avoid unwanted signal reflection. The product absorbs RF signals, converts electric energy into thermal energy via the resistive film, and transfers heat generated by the resistive film to the mounting surface through high-thermal-conductivity beryllium oxide (BeO) substrate to achieve thermal equilibrium.https://www.ketemicro.com/high-power-rf-terminations/
The RF attenuator series is adopted for signal adjustment, impedance matching and system calibration. It is an electronic component designed to reduce RF signal strength. By precisely controlling signal attenuation, it ensures safe operation of equipment under high-power signal conditions and optimizes signal transmission quality. https://www.ketemicro.com/high-power-rf-attenuators/

★ Product Structure

★ Operating Conditions
Operating Temperature - Operating temperature range for surface-mount, tab & cover and flange-mount: -55 ℃ ~ +150 ℃.
Power Derating Curve

Storage period: 12 months. If newly-purchased components have exceeded the 12-month storage period, their solderability shall be inspected prior to use. Vacuum storage is recommended.
To comply with the power derating curve, air-cooling or water-cooling shall be applied when necessary.
